Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Any changes to scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Refunds for prepaid services are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

4. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash at the time of service.

Any outstanding balance must be settled within 7 days of service completion.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days past due.

Sovereign Home Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unforeseen damages discovered during service.

We are not liable for structural failures, material defects, or damage caused by natural wear and tear.
