  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Any changes to scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Refunds for prepaid services are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

  • Personal data collected (name, email, phone) is used solely for service-related communication.

  • We take security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash at the time of service.

  • Online payments must be completed before services are rendered.

  • Any outstanding balance must be settled within 7 days of service completion.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days past due.

5. Service Guarantee

  • We stand by the quality of our work. If an issue arises, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on applicable services.

  • Any defects or missed work must be reported within this time frame for a free follow-up service.

  • Our services do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or structural issues beyond our control.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Sovereign Home Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unforeseen damages discovered during service.

  • We are not liable for structural failures, material defects, or damage caused by natural wear and tear.

  • Customers must disclose any known home issues before service.
